The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I found the location very convenient for accessing shops and public transport. The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!).

I noticed a few small stains on the carpet.

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to shops. public transport was close by, , made getting around easy. the staff was nice and helpful, it really made a difference.

My room felt a little chilly, which wasn't ideal. i noticed a few hairs on the bed, not a great first impression, but it wasn't a huge deal. i wished disposable slippers were available. It would have been a nice touch.

The room looked clean initially. I noticed several stains on the carpet. The shower's water pressure was also quite weak. the lack of a mini-fridge in the room was a significant inconvenience, especially since I wanted to keep some drinks cool. The provided pillows felt rather flat..
